Gonna start the bodytrim diet again this week :] this year has been shit, I’ve been eating healthy and exercising regularly but have only lost about 1 kg. I no I’ve gained muscle but seriously I should have lost more by now :/ I did bodytrim last year and lost a lot of weight then I went to Bali and couldn’t be fucked with it anymore, and im going to Bali again in December so i hope to lose maybe 10kg before then or at least 5kg haha
