Just did day 1 of the insanity workout :] The fit test. My results: Switch Kicks: 75 Power Jacks: 31 Power Knees: 53 Power Jumps: 25 Globe Jumps: 8 Suicide Jumps: 8 Push-up Jacks: 7 Low Plank Oblique: 30 Hopefully ill do a lot better next time haha
